What Is Metabolic Renewal?
As you may know by now, Metabolic Renewal is one of the weight loss program. However, there’s more to it than just losing weight. This program is also a hormone balancing lifestyle program that helps optimize metabolism, enhance fat loss (including around the belly area, too), plus improve physical and mental health.
This program, unlike many other diet programs, is not for both Men and Women. Instead, it is specifically designed for females who want to achieve their weight and fitness goals.
Metabolic Renewal is designed with Women’s hormonal cycle in mind through and through, it is basically what the program’s main selling point is.
Metabolic Renewal is based on what the creator calls the 4M Framework; Mindset, Movement, Meals, and Metabolics (more on this below). The program is relatively short and is outlined to be followed for just 12weeks. It comes with a bunch of workouts, meal plans, guide books and more.
The workouts are High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that combine cardio, resistance and fitness training. Each of which takes 15 minutes longer to complete, along with 45-second intervals. The program also claims to:
- Increase the sturdiness of your bones.
- Keep your heart in perfect shape.
- Keep your skin supple.
Women of any age can use Metabolic Renewal, but it is most advantageous for middle-aged and older women. Or should I say Aunties, just kidding….

How Does Metabolic Renewal Work And What It Claims?
As I said before, Metabolic Renewal works on optimizing women’s metabolism by using Dr. Jade Teta’s 4M Framework. The program claims to support long term weight loss. According to Dr. Teta, women’s hormones have different production, lifestyle and diet needs and knowing their particular metabolic and hormonal type can help burn fat.
After various research done by Dr. Jade claims that most women fall into 7 different hormone types, Each of which has a unique impact on metabolism, weight and well-being.
To target the metabolism, Dr. Teta has found 4 ways, and all of those four ways are reflected in this 4M Framework through a pyramid-like layer. These layers build up from the base and end up on the top. This means movement and Mindset are the most crucial parts of the pyramid than meals and exercise, which you might have thought otherwise.
With the help of these four levels, it is expected that women of any age will boost metabolism. Targeting metabolism and hormones helps a woman improve her health. It also solves problems like Unexplained Weight gain, Anxiety, Irritability, Mood swings, Joint pain, Body aches, night sweats, and more. According to Metabolic Renewal. With that, Dr. Teta also claims:
- Women approximately burn 65% of fat than men.
- 2x more fat-burning hormones are produced by women than men.
- Workouts of Metabolic Renewal shed almost 10x more fat.
The 4M Framework
Metabolic Renewal considers Mindset as the strong base of female metabolism. This part revolves around how stress can affect a woman’s body and how one can deal with it. It also explains why a woman’s metabolism is much more sensitive to stress compared to a man’s.
When a woman is stressed, they’re bound to release a hormone called cortisol, which is a hormone related to stress, and the effects are mood fluctuations, lack of sleep, slow metabolism, weight gain and reduced thyroid function.
So, to tackle this issue, Dr. Jade Teta has provided some techniques that you can use to reduce strain. Not only that, but he has also provided ways to balance female hormones and adapt to a balanced mind-set.
Focusing on getting the right Mindset is a great way to help women lose weight, and the techniques provided by Dr. Teta is an excellent way of doing that.
Metabolic Renewal puts a lot more emphasis on Movements than exercise, and that’s probably the reason why it’s in the second level of the pyramid.
Dr. Jade Teta claims that movements are far more critical than exercises if you’re to burn some fat. It’s referred to as non-exercise types of movement or non-exercise associated thermogenesis (NEAT). This is one of the best ways to lose weight, and it’s almost 200% more effective in burning calories than exercise, According to Dr. Jade Teta.
NEAT Activities can Include:
Basically, it’s all the moving you do throughout the whole day.
Metabolic Renewal takes a whole different approach on food plans called the hormones-first approach. A meal and diet plan is provided based on your unique “hormone type”. This means you can get a diet that is customizable for your needs.
Before you start the program, you should complete the metabolic renewal quiz. This is what helps you determine your hormone type.
Here, Dr. Jade also gives some advice about the diet for women who are:
- Challenged metabolically
- Menopause, Post-Menopause and Perimenopause
- Menstruating generally.
This is the final level of the 4M Framework. Here you get some metabolic renewal workouts, which improves your overall health and helps to get the body shape you want. The exercises are High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which I mentioned before. Each workout takes 15 minutes to finish off, along with a 45 seconds interval. And by the way, exercises are 3 days a week.
If you want to see Dr. Jade Teta in action, check the video below.
The exercise program combines cardio, resistance and fitness training into one. The program claims that these workouts can help you shed weight and sculpt your body even after 48 hours by stimulating your metabolism.

Metabolic Renewal 12-Week Body Sculpting Program
The Metabolic Renewal Body Sculpting Program is a 12-week program that contains multiple exercise videos. Everything is structured into 4 phases and contains different “Intelligent’’workouts from one another. All of the workouts provided encourage you to work smarter, not harder. That’s the reason it’s termed intelligent workouts.
You can customize this workout plan according to your likings. The goal of this program is to give you better metabolism and promote lean muscle. These are the 4 Body-Sculpting Phases:
Phase 01: Harmony (Weeks 1 To 3)
In phase 01, to enjoy the benefits of the exercises you’re about to do, you work on getting your hormone signaling systems into a proper working condition. With some simple moves provided, you can get this done.
Phase 02: Inspire (Weeks 4 To 6)
Completing phase 01 allows your body to burn body fat for fuel. Now in phase 02, you’re presented with another set of moves since you’re more capable. These workouts are capable of helping you burn either carbohydrates or fat. The moves also burn more fat at a much higher speed by awakening mitochondria.
Phase 03: Enhance (Weeks 7 To 9)
Phase 3 is where you’ll be getting a set of more intense workouts that’ll help continue your fat burning process. Without completing the previous levels, you won’t be able to top off this phase.
Phase 04: Symphony (Weeks 10 to 12)
In this final phase, all the workouts are cranked up to their maximum intensity allowing your body to tap into the human growth hormone (HGH) and maximize its production. This helps to tone your arms, hips, butt and burn belly fat.

Is Metabolic Renewal Worth Buying? (After My Personal Experience)
So now you know what this weight loss program is all about. NOW the question is, Is It Worth Buying?
Before we continue, let me get this out of the way, the program did not work for me. I followed it thoroughly to the end and just lost 3 pounds for the whole 12week. So now I’m following a new diet plan that’s been working pretty well until now. (I’ve lost 6 pounds extra weight in just 2-weeks)
Anyways, The thing is, there are some flaws with this program that should be taken into account for pretty much anyone who’s thinking of giving this program a go. But before we get into that, let’s look at how this program can help overall.
Metabolic Renewal might support weight loss because It encourages you to follow a diet rich in unprocessed whole foods, such as vegetables, poultry, meat, fish. As you may know, these foods are far greater than processed foods and are lower in calories. With that, they’re also rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. (1)
As I said before, the meals are also low in carbs, which means they’re able to promote short-term weight loss. Yes, you read it right. They only provide a short term result. Because of the temporary nature of the program (12-week), it’s hard to maintain the weight you’ve lost consistently. Once you return to your regular diet, there is a risk where you might gradually regain all the weight you’ve lost. And if that happens, all the hard work you’ve done throughout the program is just completely worthless. (2)
The reason for this is because short term dietary changes cannot take over your long-term lifestyle habits. The next thing is that the program is too restrictive on carbs. Because of this, there’s a risk of cardiovascular disease.
And the next big problem is that Dr. Jade talks about how a woman can experience 7 different types of hormones throughout their life and how they can impact their weight, metabolism and well-being. But the thing about this claim is that there are no studies to date to back it up.
Other problems come from the meal plan. I mean, it’s good but not great. I’ve almost tried out everything the meal plan has throughout the whole course, and my takeaway is that the cost of the ingredients required to prepare each meal is somewhat high. It’s not what I would call budget-friendly. Basically, I spent around $65 to $85 per week just to make the meals in the book. Even then, I did not buy everything the program suggested.
The next problem with the meal is its taste. From my experience, some lunches tasted good, but the recipes and taste when it came to dinners were straight-up Meh! Maybe it’s just me. When it comes to breakfast, it’s pretty much Shake’s all the time.
One good thing about this program is its Transformation Tracker; it’s a great inclusion. Unlike other plans, it’s not a piece of paper where you write down your workouts and how much you ate. Instead, this tracker is a bit advanced. Basically, it’s a quiz for the part of the body that is controlled by hormones. It also digs into your general health and your overall hormone stability.
Ahh, the next flaw and the most disgusting thing about this program. This is the main reason why this program is getting all the backlash it’s been getting all this time. And that’s all because of the emails Metabolic Renewal’s been spamming all of its customers daily. These emails are basically a sales pitch that promotes additional products.
Dr. Jade recommends you buy fat burner products and other types of protein supplements that’ll never work with this diet plan and are not related to this program at all. So be aware!
Anyways, as you can see, this program is kind of a mess and full of problems. So even if you purchase the program and see some kind of results, I wouldn’t say it’s from optimizing your metabolism. All the not so great results and the improvement you’ll be experiencing is through recommended dietary and lifestyle changes.
My concern about the program was its Metabolic meal plan. I was never a fan of it from the get-go, plus the program never provided me with the eye-watering results it was claiming otherwise. And the next downside was the increased consumption of low-carb foods and the restriction of carbs. For optimal brain functionality and proper energy, a certain amount of carbs is a must every day, and this program fails to deliver in that regard. (3)
With that being said, Is Metabolic Renewal Worth Buying?
From what I’ve experienced throughout the course, I wouldn’t recommend this program to anyone, and even if I do so, I cannot guarantee prolonged weight loss.

Customer Testimonials For Metabolic Renewal
Here are some of the few metabolic renewal reviews that were hanging around the internet.
Valerie looks like she’s concerned with the difficulty of workouts. But, to be honest, the workouts seemed fine for me, however I think it may not be for everyone.
Clace, seems like she tried the workouts and did not get along with it.
All these 4 complaints are about the upsells and offers you’ll get after purchasing metabolic Renewal. It seems like many of them were also charged without any reason. This is the most annoying part of this program. But thank god, I did not go through any of these issues. However, it may not be the same for everyone.
Way Better Alternative To Metabolic Renewal
The program that I’m currently following is Noom, you might know about this already. Right after I gave up on Metabolic Renewal, I decided to get the help of a dietitian, however finding the right one was extremely challenging and their rates were over the roof. We’re talking about $80 to $90 per hour.
Three days later, I started seeing ads from Noom everywhere on the internet. Their marketing was clever and their claims were tempting. So, as always, I decided to do some research on the program.
And that’s where I found that Noom was a subscription-based mobile app with over 45 million users worldwide along with over millions of 5 star reviews.
They were also offering a seven day free trial, and that got me thinking why not give it a shot.
And that’s what I exactly did the next day, I signed up for the free trial. And straight from the start, I realized how good of a program it is. First of all, you’ll be provided with a quiz where you have to answer some questions regarding your current lifestyle.
Once answered, you’ll be provided with a fitness and meal plan that is unique to you. This app will basically act as your dietitian, health coach, personal trainer and everything you could ask for.
Unlike Metabolic Renewal, Noom is based on a psychology-based approach to help you lose weight and get fit. Loads of research proves their method works. You should just try it out for yourself. Matter of fact, Metabolic Renewal isn’t even backed up by any research at all.
Noom, as mentioned already, is subscription-based, so after the trial, you’ll either have a plan for $60 monthly or $199annually. I went with the annual plan because of how cost effective it was. Yes, it’s much more expensive than Metabolic Renewal, but if you factor in the amount of info you get it’s totally worth it.
Speaking of info, here’s what you get with the Noom app;
- Progress Tracker
- Recipes And Meals that actually encourages you to eat the foods you like
- 16-week course that lets you know all about the course
- Personal Health Coach to assist you and help you with questions
Also worth noting, You can also cancel the subscription at any time.
Anyways, As I said before, I’ve used Noom for just two weeks and have already lost 6 pounds, it’s working perfectly fine for me. Also, I’m pretty sure that it’ll work for you too, it’s just about sticking to it properly.
Revolutionary 16-Week Fitness Plan
Get your coach to create a unique fitness and meal plan just by answering a few questions regarding your current lifestyle on Noom’s website. Takes less than a minute!
Metabolic Renewal looks enticing when you go through its website. But it usually seems to rear its ugly head only after you purchase the program. The thing about the program for me is its vague recipes and the restrictions towards a more carb-based diet. I mean, there are various carbs that are healthy you can eat that can support weight loss.
I appreciate the flexibility and the exercises of the program, but it isn’t enough for me, to be honest. A Proper meal is one of the significant aspects of attaining ideal body weight, and Metabolic Renewal fails to deliver in that regard.
Noom, on the other hand, is different, and I would say it’s literally perfect for anyone looking to lose weight and get fit. It provides a more flexible workout and meal plan that is a lot more enticing.
With that, it also provides various other materials, all of which will help you see the results you thrive.
Yes, the price is something to consider, but if you’re ok, I think Noom is an excellent program that’s absolutely worth giving a shot!
Is Metabolic Prime Better Than Metabolic Renewal?
From what I’ve heard, both Prime and Renewal are the same program. They both have a lot of similarities and a few differences and those are:
- Prime is eligible for both Men and Women.
- The exercises in Renewal are best adjusted to maximize Women growth hormone.
- Prime does not allow you to integrate any other exercise programs into the mix, while Metabolic Renewal does.
Are The Metabolic Renewal Results Based On Metabolic And Hormonal Health?
Suppose you have metabolic damage or hysterectomy, PCOS, a thyroid condition, adrenal fatigue. In that case, you might have to wait longer for results because those need time to heal first before they can release fat.
- Progress Tracker
- Recipes And Meals that actually encourages you to eat the foods you like
- 16-week course that lets you know all about the course
- Personal Health Coach to assist you and help you with questions
