Metabolic Fire Review: Sherpa Formulas a Legit Supplement?

Last Updated on May, 2022

Shedding weight doesn’thave to be a losing battle with all the supplements, diets, apps, and experts in the market today.

But with all the choices available, it can be challenging to figure out what’s worth spending money on and what’s not.

The chances that you end up wasting time and money on scam products that don’t work is unfortunately very high.

Sounds scary doesn’t it? But don’t worry, I’m here to help!

I decided to try out Metabolic Fire by Sherpa Formulas– the all-natural weight loss supplement- to see whether it actually works wonders.

In this article, you’ll find an honest Metabolic Fire Review, so that you will know whether it’s worth buying. So, let’s get right into it!

What is the Metabolic Fire Supplement?

According to its creator, Metabolic Fire isn’t like any other weight loss supplement you’ve seen before. That’s right, ladies and gentlemen. Metabolic Fire is not like other girls.

It helps boost your metabolism with the help of all-natural ingredients (we’ll get to those in a moment) to get rid of pockets of dead fat.

It’s a product aimed mainly at individuals over the age of 40.

Metabolic Fire helps support weight loss by reducing hunger and cravings, decreasing how much food turns into fat and stimulating the fat burning process.

Three critical hormones play a role in bogging down your metabolism, and this fat burning supplement addresses them. These three hormones are insulin, cortisol, and leptin.

I’ll give you a brief idea of why these certain hormones negatively affect your metabolism so that you don’t have to read through a ton of scientific jargon.

When insulin levels are constantly high, fat will be absorbed into your cells but won’t be able to get out. Insulin levels need to dip occasionally for fat to be let out to burn for energy.

The stress hormone cortisol warns the body to reserve energy. When cortisol levels are exceedingly high, the body will burn fat sparingly, which is not what you want when trying to lose weight.

Leptin tells your brain when to cease eating by sending signals. It also regulates the thyroid hormone, which influences your metabolism.

When fat cells are produced, they also start making extra leptin. This extra leptin is a problem because too many fat cells create a chemical called c-reactive protein (CRP), which blocks leptin signals.

This phenomenon is known as leptin resistance, and it is the third killer of your metabolism.

So, Metabolic Fire claims to correct all of these problems to improve your metabolism and help you lose weight.

The Creator of Metabolic Fire

Metabolic Fire was created by Doctor Dean Raffelock, who has had 37 years of experience as a holistic doctor.

Since 1977, Doctor Dean Raffelock has helped over 10,000 patients and has over 4,500 hours of training. He is certified in clinical nutrition, acupuncture, integrative medicine, applied kinesiology, and chiropractic.

Over the years, Dr. Raffelock claims to have measured his patients’ results and reactions to recommended treatments to find out what works and how much it works.

It took over seventeen tries to get the Metabolic Fire formulation right with extensive research.

The company behind Metabolic Fire is Natural Health Sherpa

Sherpa Formulas is devoted to honestly reviewing holistic remedies to let people know whether there are actual health benefits. Therefore, it’s pretty much guaranteed that Metabolic Fire is a legitimate treatment (unless Natural Health Sherpa decided to completely abandon their principles, lol).

The above is what I found out when I initially researched the product to see whether it was legit.

I didn’t find anything to suggest otherwise, but what prompted me to buy Metabolic Fire was that it contains only a few ingredients. And these ingredients are claimed to be 100% natural.

Let’s take a look at what these ingredients are.

Ingredients

According to Dr. Raffelock, Metabolic Fire is formulated to be:

  • Vegan and Vegetarian Friendly
  • GMO-free
  • Sugar, Dairy, Egg, Soy, and Gluten-Free
  • Caffeine-free

And it contains the following seven all-natural ingredients.

Green Tea Extract

Green tea extract is a widely celebrated ingredient that helps with weight loss. It boosts your metabolism and makes you burn more calories. (1)

Chromium Picolinate

Too much insulin slows down metabolism and prevents fat loss from occurring. This ingredient decreases blood sugar levels in the body. Your body will need less insulin when blood sugar levels are reduced, meaning less fat will get locked into cells. (2)

Cinnamon

Cinnamon also helps reduce insulin levels in the body. Additionally, it promotes satiety, benefits digestion, and improves gut health. (3)

Irvingia Gabonensis

These are the seeds of a mango-like fruit native to West Africa. It aids fat loss by increasing the rate at which fat is broken down and minimizing fat cell growth. (4)

Green Coffee Bean Extract

Green coffee bean extract reduces the amount of sugar absorbed from food, which prevents excess insulin production in the body. (5)

Rhodiola Rosea

This ingredient helps reduce your cortisol levels and stress, a leading cause of excess fat. (6)

Coleus Forskohlii

This ingredient aids fat loss by unlocking fat stored in cells. (7)

Pros & Cons of Metabolic Fire

Pros
  • Combines ingredients into a unique formula that is cheaper than purchasing them individually.
  • All ingredients are 100% natural and ethically sourced.
  • The formula is based on years of expert knowledge and research.
  • Easy to implement in your daily life.
Cons
  • It’s costly, especially when you consider that some people may be on fixed incomes, and more than one bottle is required to lose a substantial amount of weight.
  • Just taking the supplement is not enough to lose fat. You also have to partake in a healthy diet and exercise (which is a given, but it may be inconvenient for some people).

Any Side Effects?

I did not experience any side effects over the three weeks I took the supplement.

But in my research, I saw one individual complain that they had an allergic reaction to magnesium stearate, which this supplement contains.

Therefore, you must consult your doctor and obtain their input before taking any supplements, for that matter.

What Do People Say?

Before buying the product, I looked up many Metabolic Fire reviews to see whether it was a good choice to make.

All the reviews online are positive, and so are most of the consumer testimonials.

Most people say that it has been helping them reach their fat loss goals even though they’re still on their first bottle. Consumers have also commended the company on its trustworthiness.

However, some individuals find this supplement way out of their budget, as $70 for one bottle is pretty steep.

Did Metabolic Fire Work For Me?

The answer is- no, not really.

As I mentioned before, I used the supplement for three weeks, and I didn’t see a substantial change in my weight.

I felt a reduced urge to eat, but this fat burning supplement didn’t give me the push I needed to stay away from unhealthy food. I think that swallowing a pill gave me a sense of I’m-doing-something-and-I-don’t-have-to-do-anything-else.

Which is not what should ideally happen!

I also found the supplement’s price a bit too steep (especially with shipping added on), as did many other customers.

In the end, despite all the glowing reviews, Metabolic Fire didn’t work for me.

I needed something to help me turn my lifestyle around by holding me accountable and keeping me motivated.

Unfortunately, a pill wouldn’t help me do that.

But if you have the same problem as me, I’VE GOT YOU with a better alternative!

Noom: A Better Alternative

Noom is a widely popular mobile health app that helps people make fundamental behavioral changes to become more healthy.

Saeju Jeong and Artem Petakov founded it in 2008 as a fitness and calorie tracker.

By 2016 the app integrated a psychological and behavioral change component along with user support systems and personal coaches to help change users’ mindsets and thus their lifestyles.

Noom encourages users to be aware of what they eat and practice accountability to lose weight.

No food is off-limits, but foods are color-coded depending on their caloric density (CD). The more water a food item has, the lower its CD. Eating foods with lower CD makes you feel fuller with fewer calories.

In order of lowest to highest CD, we have;

  • Green Foods: Fruits, veggies, and whole grains.
  • Yellow Foods: Legumes, lean meats, and low-fat dairy items.
  • Red Foods: Processed foods, red meats, and full-fat cheese.

Noom doesn’t say you can’t have red foods. Instead, it makes sure you don’t overeat them.

You can log it in when you eat something, and the app will classify it according to its CD.

This way, you can visualize what you will have to eat for the rest of the day to maintain a healthy diet.

The app will first get you to take a 10-minute quiz that’ll help develop your customized dietary plan.

Once you pay, you will have access to 10 psychology and behavioral change lessons over 16 weeks, a goal coach, and a group coach.

The Noom plan is meant to be followed for 16 weeks, but you can also purchase it for 12 months to maintain your weight goals.

Noom has a free one-week trial, and it costs up to $59 a month.

Given the amount of support and resources available, this price is worth it.

Noom also gave me the structure and motivation I sorely needed. With its help, I met my weight goals and maintained healthy habits. So, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!

Bottomline

With all these resources around, losing weight is no longer a struggle.

The actual struggle is finding out what works for YOU.

I hope I’ve helped with my honest experience of Metabolic Fire. It is not a magic pill, and it didn’t work for me. BUT it might work out for you, who knows.

It’s up to you to decide which product you purchase.

But I can guarantee you that Noom would be a choice you will not regret going for. It worked for me, and it has worked for countless others as well.

Regardless of what you decide to go for, I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey!
