They never talk about what the workouts are supposed to be, and due to this, no one knows what they’re getting into. However, with some further research, I found out that this program utilizes interval training that includes only bodyweight movements such as squats and lunges. 

These exercises are relatively easy to perform and are excellent for weight loss and toning your lower body. Combined with Metabolic Rest Training, It would be a great combination. 

But the question is, Is Metabolic Aftershock Worth Buying?

This largely depends on you! If you’re ok with spending 45 minutes per week doing some exercises, the Metabolic Aftershock would be a great program that’ll help you with your fitness in many ways.
